This starter website collects the account details you submit, challenge participation, contact messages and information needed to operate the site. Before public launch, replace this sample notice with a reviewed privacy policy that identifies the legal entity operating HIP, purpose and lawful basis for each use, retention periods, user rights, contact details, and any third-party processors.

Do not enter sensitive medical information into the HIP 25 awareness questionnaire. Use HTTPS in production and restrict access to the database and administrator accounts.
